WHAT YOU ARE JOINING

A project network for independent service businesses—not an employment program.

Trade Subcontractor gives IS&S a structured pool of service companies it can evaluate when a contract or customer requirement needs field execution. Your company remains an independent business. Joining the network does not create employment, guarantee work, or require you to accept a project.

01

Tell us what you do

Provide your trades, service area, crew capacity, credentials, insurance status, equipment, and scheduling capabilities.

02

Get matched by requirement

IS&S can compare an active scope against provider trade, location, qualifications, capacity, and timing.

03

Price the actual scope

Compensation is project-specific. Your company reviews the work and commercial terms before accepting.

04

Execute and document

Perform the approved scope and provide required completion documentation, photos, invoices, permits, or closeout records.

  • Provides project-specific documentation requirements
  • Receives status, completion, and exception reporting
  • Handles the customer-facing relationship when IS&S is the contracting party
PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITY

You control your business and perform the accepted scope.

  • Maintain licenses, registrations, insurance, and permits required for the work
  • Supply qualified labor, tools, supervision, and equipment as agreed
  • Follow the project specifications, site rules, safety requirements, and schedule

HOW PROVIDERS GET PAID

No generic revenue-split promise. Compensation is tied to the real project.

Before accepting work, the provider should know the approved scope, subcontract amount or pricing basis, payment timing, reimbursable items if any, and documentation required for payment. IS&S should not rely on one fixed percentage for every trade because labor, materials, travel, permits, risk, and project complexity vary.
